The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, particularly the gluten-free options that were available. The stunning sea view from the premium room made our stay special.

Personally I really like this hotel and we had already been the third or fourth time. We are very satisfied, take into account that we partner and I are professionals in tourism.
Roman baths were not working during our stay, which was not mentioned in any Booked.net or over the phone even though I called the hotel three times in order to authorize the card. We were told only on arrival at the reception. This is a big failure if you consider that we came for a weekend of wellness. :-(

The sunset from the balcony
Woke up to amazing views that wrapped us in tranquility. The spacious gym and serene private beach were highlights, with the staff treating us like royalty.
We faced a chilly air conditioning situation that left us a bit uncomfortable at night. The pool was quite crowded during peak hours.

The breakfasts are excellent. The Spa is a very good feature. The rooms are large. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is right on the stony beach, there are plenty of sun beds and there are some nice local restraunts.
It's a very large, top quality, but mainly tour operator and business orientated conference hotel. There are no drawers for clothes in the bedroom. There are no in room tea/coffee facilities, and no trouser press. The main restraunt lacks any sort of atmosphere and is expensive.

The Hotel was out of town but it was easy to use the local bus service to get in and out of town. The Hotel was wonderful with great facilities ie spa, swimming pool and beach if you preferred to swim in the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room we had was spacious and clean.Other restaurants were nearby if you felt like a change. I would recommend the nearby Pizza restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk away from the Le Meridien.

Luxurious hotel, spacious room with a beautiful balcony view of the sea, and a wonderful buffet breakfast that provided a vast selection of dishes.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel is situated away from the Split crowds. Has a free bus to the city and pick up on the half hour...thought this was very convenient. Hotel has excellent breakfast buffet, free internet and champagne terrace for sunset over the city.

We enjoyed playing at the kids' club. The fine sea view from our room was a highlight, not to mention the fantastic pet-friendly atmosphere.
In my wife's opinion, the outdoor pool was a bit cramped, and we felt there could be more sunbeds available for families. It would be great if the hotel offered some snacks by the pool for parents watching their kids.

The Spa at the hotel, the breakfast and easy access to yacht rental are definitely pluses. Hotel staff is very attentive and helpful
There were two things which I did not like about this hotel. First of all, it is huge... It's really a matter of taste, but a prefer hotels that do not feel this grand. We stayed for 4 nights and did not explore all of this hotel, feels like it's a mass tourism place. Another minus, I did not like the beach. Really. After rocky beaches in all other places in Croatia, the sand beach at this hotel just did not feel right. Water gets muddy with some grass, etc. and it's just not as good as other beaches in Croatia. We did not enjoy the beach at all

Very nice views and a beautifully equipped gym set a high standard for the hotel. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection and the staff were genuinely helpful. Drinks were overpriced, and certain areas felt somewhat dated, with visible stains on the carpets. The beach club, while lovely, required early reservations for sun loungers, which could be a hassle.

The only think I did like was the very friendly woman working in the lobby as a "marketing manager" for activities etc, she was super nice!!
Outdated, overpriced are the 2 words that best describe this place! I was soo disappointed that I will never come back to this place and in the future I will try and avoid Le Meridien hotels! Usually you would think Le Meridien would be as good as their partner hotels Westin and Sheraton but that is not true.. This hotel is no more than 3star or max 4 stars. I would have been fine here for a price of max 150e a night but to pay around 300euros per night for a room no bigger than maybe 15sq metres is just awful. We saw 2 room types as we had paid for deluxe as they mistakenly first put us in a standard, we had to complain a lot to get the correct room type that we had paid for! To be honest there wasn’t much difference between standard and deluxe, both were pretty awful and the bathrooms were disgusting especially the toilet. The staff in general is very rude, everything cost extra in this place as well. No complimentary stuff in the deluxe 300euro room, not even a free bottle of water and they call themselves 5 star?? In the bathroom you get 1 shampoo bottle and one soap for 2 persons /day, no bath salt and nothing extra.. The hotel also looks awful from both the inside and outside, it´s like a labyrinth built in the 1960s. No good access to the parking etc., to get to your car you need to walk with your bags through the pool area. Btw the pool area is also horrible, one pool for like 1000people, it´s so full with small children that I felt sick even before thinking of swimming in that water. The beach was also awful, your feet get caught between rocks when coming out of the water, the beach is so packed with people that you cant even see the pebble stones.. I have so much to complain that the text wouldn’t even fit in here, I truly disliked this place!
